Self-Collection at DEF Store:

Door to door delivery:
The products will be delivered by courier to the address stated on your order information.

DEF Store will inform you with the delivery number via email for you to check with the delivery status. Delivery costs shall be paid by customers upon delivery.

Crews from S. F. Express will contact you on phone. Please ensure your contact number is correct so that you do not miss the delivery.

 

Self-collection at convenience store/ S. F. Store:
The products will be delivered by S. F. Express to and collected on your own at the convenience store or S. F. Store you select when placing the order.

Once the products you ordered are delivered to the convenience store or S. F. Store as you designated, we will send you a SMS notification of collection and keep the products for 3 days. If the products are not yet collected on the 3rd day, we will temporally store them in a S. F. Store and make you a call to arrange a redelivery; if the order fails to be delivered/collected on the 5th day, it will be automatically cancelled, the products will be returned to DEF as undeliverable, and any amount you have paid will be refunded to your account.

Door to door delivery:
Commercial and industrial areas: expected to be delivered within 2 working days;

The outlying islands: expected to be delivered within 3 working days;
Please refer below schedule for individual Outlying Islands:
Lamma Island: Tuesday & Friday
Cheung Chau: Monday & Thursday
Peng Chau: Wednesday & Saturday

Once the order has been placed successfully, the system will email you a delivery date which is based on the shipping information you provided and the time the payment has been completed.

 

Self-collection at convenience store/ S. F. Store:
The order is estimated to be delivered to the convenience store or S. F. Store (except for those located in the outlying islands) no later than 24 hours. You will receive a SMS notification when the order is delivered to the self-collection point. The self-collection is subject to the time as specified in SMS.

Once the order has been placed successfully, the system will email you an estimated delivery date depending on the shipping information you provide and the time you make the payment.

Pay at Store

Only applicable to customers who pick up stocks at DEF store.

We only accept cash and credit cards (VISA or MasterCard).

Customers who choose to pay at store shall visit and pick up the goods within 3 working days. Orders who fail to make payment within 3 working days shall be cancelled without further notice.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to shipping destination. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination defaults, the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. Destination countries may levy taxes on customers’ purchased goods which customers should be responsible for. We are not responsible for unpaid customs taxes, and will not provide refunds for orders sent back due to customs issues. Please check your county’s customs policies before placing your order.
