Online Shopping Procedures

1. Click "Shopping Cart" at top-right corner and "View Cart" to check your selected items.

If you want to use a coupon code, please click “Use coupon code” and enter the coupon code. Please check your order again and click "Checkout" to proceed.

2. Log in for existing member, or register a new account. By creating your own account, you will be able to shop faster, be up-to-date on an order's status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. You can also continue without registration by clicking "guest checkout".

Please fill in billing and delivery details. 

Choose payment methods.

- For online payment, we accept either PayPal or bank transfer. Customers will be redirected to PayPal system in which Visa and Master Card are accepted (Please choose "Pay with a Card" in PayPal website).

- Bank transfer shall be done within 3 working days after confirming order, via the following banks: HSBC, Hang Seng Bank. Overdue payment order shall be automatically cancelled without further notice.

- Offline payment is only available for customers who pick up their orders at store. Please come to DEF Store within 3 working days after confirming order. Overdue payment order shall be automatically cancelled without further notice.

3. Click "confirm order" to complete. Customer will receive a confirmation email if the checkout procedure is successful. Products will be delivered within 5 working days.
